FEES & PAYMENTS
Flat Fee Retainer. Payments are welcome by check, major credit card, PayPal, and cash.

INSURANCE
Insurance is not accepted directly; however, BLC can provide an itemized monthly invoice if you submit for reimbursement. Because insurance companies set the rules for reimbursement, your insurance company will determine your eligibility for reimbursement.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION & VIDEO CONFERENCING
Remote services are available for qualifying appointments. We also provide concierge-style care. Blue Lotus Connection travels globally, empowering clients’ high-performance change and revitalizing resilience.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All communications between parties are strictly confidential in the course of discussion or consultation, shall remain confidential, and may not be revealed to anyone without written permission, except where the law requires disclosure.

Some of the circumstances where the law requires disclosure are reasonable suspicion of child, dependent, or elder abuse or neglect, and when a client presents a danger to self, to others, to property, or is gravely disabled.

While the information shared with BLC is confidential and may be legally privileged, we reserve the right to share information with other BLC staff. If an exception to confidentiality seems to apply to you, we will inform you. Electronic forms of communication (e.g., fax, email, cell phone, etc.) have risks that may compromise confidentiality. Even with appropriate security, the use of computers also entails some risk.

CANCELLATION
Appointments need to be rescheduled and canceled at times. Please call as soon as possible. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy which means if an appointment is not rescheduled or canceled 48-hours before the appointment, you will be responsible for payment of the total fee. The appointment will be charged to your account. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination. Distant onsite travel engagements require extended cancellation length of time on a case-by-case basis.
